Hi! I’m Yvette

Holistic Nutritionist, Wellness Coach, Educator, Speaker & Super Mum.


My passion for health and well being started over 25 years ago when she taught her first fitness class.

As a health professional, I have a wealth of experience including: fitness manager for Princess Cruises; running a private Nutrition and personal training practice; hosting hundreds of workshops; leading thousands of fitness classes; being a corporate wellness consultant in partnership with multiple companies throughout the Greater Toronto Area. I have also been a faculty member at the Institute of Holistic Nutrition (IHN) in Canada.


The health, love and well being of my family and myself, is my top priority and what inspires me to motivate and inspire others.

* Holistic Practices: Focus on the whole person—mind, body, and spirit—rather than just addressing individual symptoms or isolated problems. This might include mindfulness, stress management, nutrition, physical activity, and emotional well-being.

* Practical Strategies: Simple, realistic actions that are easy to incorporate into daily life. These could include meal planning, creating routines, setting achievable goals, or practicing self-care in manageable ways.

Super Mums & Super Girls

Super Mums & Super Girls (SMSG) is an initiative for mothers and daughters. It focuses on nurturing your 'Superpower' skills such as kindness and confidence, and creating stronger connections.

The initiative offers online courses, workshops and retreats.

SMSG 3 main principles are:

1. The Butterfly Effect. Small changes now, can lead to big changes in the future. When you start making small, even tiny conscious decisions to change something, to do something other than what we are currently doing, we are setting yourself up for greater success and happiness.

2. Building New Habits. Good and healthy habits are essential in order to be the best version for yourself.

3. KISS. Keep it Simple & Sweet.
