As a Holistic Nutritionist and Holistic Perimenopause & Menopause Coach with over 25 years in the health and wellness industry, I’ve always been passionate about helping women make empowered, nourishing choices.

My own transformation began during the COVID-19 pandemic, when I realised that despite all my experience, something still felt out of balance. Lockdown wasn’t the only challenge—I simply wasn’t caring for myself in the deep, holistic way my body was asking for. That moment became a turning point, opening the door to a more aligned, whole-body approach to women’s wellness.

The Holistic Perimenopause Reset is a gentle, supportive 8-week journey designed to help women understand their changing bodies, rebalance hormones naturally, calm their nervous system, and rebuild energy — without restriction, overwhelm, or extreme protocols.
