As a Holistic Nutritionist and Wellness Coach with over 25 years in the health industry—and as a mom of two beautiful girls—I’m always on the lookout for what’s best for my family.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, I realized that something was missing in my life. My well-being wasn’t at its best, not just because of lockdown, but because I didn’t fully know how to take care of myself and feel balanced, inside and out. This realization sparked my journey to focus on true wellness.
In 2023, life brought another big change when my family relocated from Canada to England. While the move had its challenges, what frustrated me most was the lack of accessible education around nutrition, self-care, and healthy lifestyle options for moms. It made me think: if I’m going to put in the work to find the best, healthiest choices for my family, why not share it with others?
