As a Holistic Nutritionist and Holistic Perimenopause & Menopause Coach with over 25 years in the health and wellness industry, I’ve always been passionate about helping women make empowered, nourishing choices.
My own transformation began during the COVID-19 pandemic, when I realised that despite all my experience, something still felt out of balance. Lockdown wasn’t the only challenge—I simply wasn’t caring for myself in the deep, holistic way my body was asking for. That moment became a turning point, opening the door to a more aligned, whole-body approach to women’s wellness.
In 2023, another major shift happened when my family moved from Canada to England. Beyond the logistics and chaos of relocating, what truly struck me was how little accessible, practical support there was for women—especially moms—navigating perimenopause, nutrition, self-care, and lifestyle changes. I found myself digging for answers, tools, and resources… and I realised: If I’m searching this hard, countless other women must be too.
That’s when my mission became crystal clear.
I’m here to guide women through perimenopause with clarity, compassion, and holistic strategies that truly support the mind, body, and home.
